Nice to see you there! This page is coded, handled and filled with content by one and only author - Sebastian. I am working with Linux for over 10 years (starting with Ubuntu 14.04), and switched to Linux-only about 4 years ago. For the last three years I was writing for one of the polish-language site, but unfortunately project has been cancelled, therefore Data-Cup has been created. I am currently working as a part-time System Administrator, where Linux is running a lot of functionalities for many users. I'm also maintaining my home-lab server with couple of serveices, like LAMP, Samba, DNS, VPN and couple more.
The idea to run the page as a simple HTML site with as much content as possible with as low code as possible is my response to all the useless content we are experiencing every day. Every single page in the Internet (including a lot of Linux-dedicated pages) are bombarding us with AI generated crap that has absolutely no sense or purpose. I won't even start a rant about aggressive ads policy some pages are imposing on users, but it's an absolutely different thing. I really hope you can find all the materials you were looking for, and if yes - please tell your friend about Data-Cup.com, maybe he's also looking for Linux info?
